Description
The Software Solutions Engineer will support NVIDIA AI Enterprise customers and deployments across cloud and datacenter environments by resolving complex software issues, developing Python-based automation and diagnostics, contributing code fixes, and improving deployment readiness. The role involves customer-facing troubleshooting, reproducible testing, documentation, collaboration with engineering, and one weekend per month of on-call support for Sev1 outages. Candidates need a relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, at least five years of system software development and troubleshooting experience, strong Python and debugging skills, and deep knowledge of Linux, containers, cloud environments, and GPU-accelerated AI workloads.
