This role involves ensuring the performance and reliability of FLO's R&D solutions through technical troubleshooting, problem-solving, and continuous improvement of software systems. The individual will analyze and resolve complex software and hardware incidents, perform technical investigations, identify root causes, collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in application rollouts, deploy software releases, develop optimization scripts, maintain documentation, and contribute to system performance monitoring.
