NVIDIA DGX Cloud is hiring a Software Support Engineer to provide Tier 1 support for complex cloud platforms, troubleshoot customer issues, improve operational workflows, file bugs, build support tooling, and partner with engineering teams. The role requires a BS/MS in computer science or a related field, at least five years of experience supporting distributed software systems and Linux, and experience with Kubernetes, major cloud platforms, infrastructure, networking, storage, DevOps scripting, and customer support. The base salary is 108,000 USD to 172,500 USD, with equity and benefits, and applications were accepted until September 15, 2026.
