Description
Hewlett Packard Enterprise is hiring a Software Switching Automation Lab Manager to lead a team of individual contributors developing systems software, including operating systems, compilers, networking tools, utilities, databases, and Internet-related tools. The role manages headcount, project deliverables, schedules, costs, resources, outsourced partners, process improvements, and people development, with a hybrid arrangement requiring approximately two days per week at an HPE office. A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience and typically five or more years of related experience, including 0–2 years of people management experience, are required. The United States base salary range is USD 155,500–315,000 in California, with variable incentives possibly offered.
