Description
The Software System Engineer translates stakeholder, user, product, and regulatory needs into traceable software requirements and supports system and software design, integration, verification, risk management, and release activities. The role works in regulated environments, including medical software, and uses Agile practices, IEC 62304, design controls, root-cause analysis, and modern AI-assisted engineering approaches. It requires a bachelor's or master's degree in software engineering, computer science, or an equivalent field, plus at least three years of relevant experience; office-based work requires in-person attendance at least three days per week.
