Lockheed Martin is hiring a Software Systems Architect Manager to lead the strategy and execution of Spacecraft Flight Software systems across a multi-program portfolio. The Level 5 technical leadership role oversees software systems engineering, integration, verification, test, Agile, and DevOps functions; coordinates hardware, software, and external interfaces; manages workforce planning and team development; and ensures mission-ready, integrated systems. The role requires aerospace or mission-critical software engineering leadership experience, embedded or flight software knowledge, Agile and program-control experience, and an active Top Secret clearance. The full-time salary range is $166,900 to $309,900, with medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
