Description
The Software Systems Consultant for GEOgraf Software supports and advises customers by phone and email, independently resolves customer inquiries and problems, conducts seminars and customized training, contributes to service and development projects, performs quality assurance and documentation, and supports sales through presentations. The role is permanent and full-time, based in Braunschweig or another Trimble location, and requires a surveying or surveying-technician qualification, strong communication and customer-facing skills, fluent German and English, and a Class B driver's license with relevant driving experience.
