Description
The Software Systems Engineer will formulate specifications for complex operating-system software applications, modify and maintain existing applications, design, code, test, debug, and document software, and provide operating-system maintenance. The role also supports large telecommunications networks, advanced mathematical and scientific software packages, and the evaluation of new and existing software products. The position requires expertise in complex operating-system and software programming, experience with enterprise application maintenance, large-scale telecommunications networks, and advanced scientific software; Secret clearance is preferred.
