PMAT is hiring a full-time Software Systems Integration Subject Matter Expert to provide senior technical leadership for software development, integration, testing, deployment, and sustainment of Command and Control User Interface capabilities supporting fleet operations. The role leads requirements, architecture, backlogs, prototypes, interoperability, and production environments while mentoring engineers and coordinating with operational and technical stakeholders. It requires extensive software engineering and systems integration experience, modern DevSecOps and Agile practices, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; U.S. citizenship, a SECRET clearance, and 100% on-site work in San Diego are required.
