Description
The company is seeking a Software Team Lead to direct the technical development of cybersecurity solutions while spending approximately half of the role on hands-on coding. The position includes leading, hiring, mentoring, and growing software engineers; conducting code reviews; enforcing secure development practices; collaborating with product managers and security researchers; and contributing to architecture and the technical roadmap. Candidates should have at least 7 years of software development experience, expertise in Golang or C#, and 1–2 years of team leadership or developer mentoring experience, with Python, cloud, networking, cybersecurity, DevOps, and CI/CD experience beneficial.
