Eddyfi Technologies is hiring a Software Team Lead to lead the delivery, quality, and day-to-day operations of a software engineering team building an IoT remote-monitoring platform. The role combines technical leadership, codebase governance, CI/CD and release coordination, Agile/Scrum delivery, engineering mentorship, stakeholder collaboration, incident and issue management, and people management. Candidates should have a software engineering background, experience as a tech lead or senior engineer, knowledge of Git and CI/CD, Agile/Scrum experience, and familiarity with complex software or IoT environments. The position is hybrid and requires French proficiency for Quebec-based work.
