Claroty is hiring a Software Team Leader - XSA to lead the development of its secure remote access solution, xDome Secure Access. The role involves managing a developer team, designing secure IT-to-OT connectivity, building scalable gateway and proxy architectures, implementing Zero Trust and session monitoring, and mentoring engineers. Candidates need at least three years of R&D team leadership experience, five or more years of backend development with Python, networking and security expertise, distributed high-availability systems experience, and proficiency with AI development tools such as Cursor and Claude.
