Classiq Technologies is hiring a Tech Lead to guide software teams and projects while contributing hands-on Python development. The role covers production code, architecture and trade-offs, engineering mentorship, testing and code quality, CI/CD and developer experience, observability, and the integration of AI/LLM tooling. Candidates need extensive production Python experience, scalable system design, technical leadership, mentoring, and a B.Sc. in Computer Science or Engineering or a related field; cloud, DevOps, developer-tooling, quantum-framework, and domain-specific-language experience are bonuses.
