This role involves collaborating with architects, analyzing customer needs, conducting peer reviews, leading a small development team, and working within a Scrum framework. Candidates should have a strong automation background, some experience in software development (preferably C#/C++), and interest in transitioning into software engineering roles focused on hardware control, device communication, and software-hardware integration.
