Choctaw Advantage Solutions is seeking a Software Test Development & Evaluation Manager to lead software testing, quality assurance, systems evaluation, and quality-control activities for the Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) Overseas Program supporting the TRICARE Overseas Program Office and Department of Defense. The role manages cross-functional teams, develops test strategies and performance metrics, evaluates software against requirements and regulatory standards, coordinates with developers and stakeholders, prepares technical reports, and provides technical leadership. The position is hybrid and requires a bachelor’s degree, 5–8 years of progressive experience, software testing and program-management expertise, and the ability to complete government background investigations and obtain required security clearances.
