Description
The Software Test Engineer designs, executes, and documents manual and automated tests; creates test plans, cases, and scripts; performs functional, regression, load, performance, and usability testing; identifies and tracks defects; collaborates with developers on root-cause analysis and fixes; and supports Agile delivery and continuous testing. The role requires 3–5 years of software testing or quality assurance experience, manual testing experience, knowledge of SDLC and Agile, strong analytical and communication skills, and offers a flexible hybrid schedule.
