Description
York Space Systems is hiring a Software Test Engineer to support its Simulation, Integration, and Test team for spacecraft flight software, ground software, and space vehicle integration. The role develops automated tests, translates requirements into code, supports test-driven development, troubleshoots tests and infrastructure, maintains documentation and CI/CD pipelines, and communicates technical information to non-technical audiences. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in aerospace engineering, computer science, software engineering, or a related field, 0–2 years of relevant experience, Python, Git, Linux, bash scripting, and CI/CD proficiency; Docker, API testing, satellite subsystem testing, and other experience are desired.
