Lunar Outpost is hiring a full-time Software Test Lead to design and execute software test processes for embedded, flight, and ground systems supporting space robotics and planetary vehicles. The role leads verification and validation activities, test environments, automation, risk assessments, certification, and a growing test engineering team, while collaborating with software, systems, hardware, integration, and customer teams. The position requires onsite work Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, with remote work possible on Wednesdays, and offers a $105,000–$145,000 compensation range plus medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, holidays, parental leave, and educational reimbursement benefits.
