Description
Genetec is hiring a Software Test Specialist for its Access Control team. The role is responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of access control features through manual and automated testing across front-end, back-end, software, hardware, automation, integrations, appliances, and the Security Center platform. Duties include creating test plans, executing functional, integration, system, regression, and end-to-end tests, validating interoperability, documenting defects, maintaining automated test scripts, improving QA practices, and collaborating with developers. The position requires software testing experience, test automation knowledge, databases and SQL, strong analytical and communication skills, and fluency in French and English; Agile, API testing, access-control, Azure DevOps, .NET, and programming knowledge are assets.
