BIP Red is hiring a Junior Software Tester in Milan to support quality verification and validation of web and mobile applications. The role involves analyzing requirements, designing and maintaining test cases, performing functional, integration, and regression testing, documenting defects, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, and using generative artificial intelligence to support testing activities. Candidates should be completing or recently graduated in a STEM discipline, have strong analytical and teamwork skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office, and English proficiency; Agile, SDLC, programming, database, Jira, Azure DevOps, TestRail, and AI/automation knowledge are preferred. The position supports up to 100% remote working.
