Description
The employer seeks an experienced external Software Tester / Test Engineer to support a test and quality-assurance subproject for replacing Genic Data Manager with a new proprietary time-series management system. The role covers test concepting and management, functional and technical testing, migration and cut-over testing, PostgreSQL and database testing, TimescaleDB and TigerData validation, workflow and integration testing, and automation of UI, API, backend, and regression tests. The position requires at least five years of software testing or quality-assurance experience, strong SQL and PostgreSQL skills, experience with data-intensive applications and migrations, and availability for short-term engagement.
