Lely is hiring a Team Lead Software Testing to lead and develop a team of 7 to 14 Software Test Engineers responsible for verifying software functionality and validating software integration within dairy-farm robot systems. The role defines testing strategies and quality processes, supports testable requirements and data-driven validation, assesses product maturity and release readiness, and collaborates with software, systems, electronics, and mechanical engineering teams. The position is based on-site at Lely’s campus in Maassluis, Netherlands, with remote work as an exception, and offers a gross monthly salary of €7,000–€8,000.
