Brunswick Corporation is hiring a Software Validation Engineer for its Software Validation team in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. The role designs and executes test plans and test cases for embedded controllers, Windows-based applications, mobile applications, and other software, performs regression, exploratory, integration, and system-level testing, documents defects, and collaborates with software engineers to troubleshoot and resolve issues. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical discipline and 5 to 10 years of experience in software validation, system verification, or quality assurance, with preferred experience in automated testing, marine systems, and programming languages such as C, C#, C++, Python, and CAN bus tools. The role is onsite with 5% travel, offers a base salary of $86,500 to $126,800 annually, and does not provide employment visa sponsorship.
