Description
The role is a Java Backend Software Engineer responsible for developing stable, performant, scalable, and available backend systems and REST interfaces; implementing Apache Solr search and indexing solutions; analyzing and optimizing existing systems; conducting code reviews and automated testing; supporting production troubleshooting; and taking technical ownership of software areas. The position requires several years of Java application development experience, knowledge of multithreaded applications, Linux, SQL, ORM technologies, REST technologies, Apache Solr, and development tools, along with strong communication, teamwork, and German and English skills.
