Simply Solar LLC is hiring a full-time, hourly, non-exempt Battery Installer for site-based work in southern California. The role involves assembling racking, solar modules, and battery units; performing basic AC/DC wiring and conduit work; logging project progress; and maintaining professional client and job-site interactions. Applicants should have 2–4 years of solar installation experience with electrical exposure, strong communication skills, and the ability to work outdoors, climb ladders, and lift heavy objects. Knowledge of Enphase systems is a plus.
