Blue Raven Solar is hiring a mid-level, full-time Solar Electrical & Quality Control Technician in Orem, Utah, for $20–$30 per hour. The role supports regional installation managers and field crews by troubleshooting installation issues, making same-day layout and interconnection changes, diagnosing failed final inspections, coordinating correction work, and verifying completed corrections. The technician also prepares as-built permit applications, communicates with customers and field resources, and uses CRM, Excel, Site Capture, AutoCAD, and Aurora. A high school diploma or equivalent, CAD experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, and at least one year of customer service experience are required; AutoCAD, solar or PV design experience, and strong attendance are preferred.
