RES is hiring a Solar Electrical Superintendent in Palmer, Texas, to coordinate and supervise electrical construction activities for solar generation projects. The role manages schedules, crews, subcontractors, materials, quality assurance, safety, permitting, inspections, design changes, and electrical completion activities while maintaining client and stakeholder relationships. It requires a high school diploma or GED, at least four years of solar or utility construction experience, a valid driver's license, extensive domestic travel, and advanced knowledge of electrical construction, OSHA safety, LOTO, project drawings, permits, subcontractor management, and related project controls. The position is onsite and offers a base salary of $120,000–$154,500 plus daily per diem and benefits.
