Description
The Field Manager – Solar Service Operations will lead and support solar service technicians in a hands-on field role, managing service teams and overseeing inspections, troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair of existing solar photovoltaic systems. The position requires experience in solar service operations or electrical field work, OSHA 30 certification, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the ability to work independently in a field environment. Responsibilities include ensuring safe and compliant work, reviewing technical documentation, maintaining service records, and communicating with customers and supervisory staff.
