Clearway Energy Group is hiring a Solar Groundman to support the Kansas South Solar Site in Lemoore, California. The role performs vegetation maintenance and abatement, maintains and repairs mowing and landscaping equipment, uses hand and gas-powered tools, supports safe work practices, maintains vehicles and company property, and removes snow and ice from walkways and parking lots. A high school diploma or GED, mechanical aptitude, a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, and the ability to travel to and work on-call at solar sites are required; 1–2 years of similar facilities management experience is preferred. The role pays $47,000–$55,000 USD annually and offers an annual cash bonus, medical, dental, and vision benefits.
