Description
Essel is hiring Solar Installers to install residential and commercial solar energy systems, assess installation sites, ensure compliance with local codes, coordinate with teams, perform maintenance and troubleshooting, follow safety practices, and communicate with clients. The role requires prior solar or construction experience, familiarity with solar PV systems and electrical components, basic electrical knowledge, physical ability to lift materials and work at heights, willingness to travel, a valid driver’s license, and a high school diploma or equivalent.
