Description
Sol-Up is hiring a full-time Solar Installer to join its Installation team and report to the Project Manager. The role installs photovoltaic systems, prepares and maintains work sites, completes installation documentation, manages equipment and inventory, and follows safety and quality standards. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, 2–5 years of PV installation experience, conduit bending skills, a valid driver's license, OSHA 10-Hour Construction certification, and the ability to work outdoors, at heights, and in physically demanding conditions. Compensation is $22–$30 per hour, with discretionary bonuses and medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
