ACT Power Services is hiring a full-time Solar Master Technician in Massachusetts to perform preventive and corrective maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on commercial and utility-scale solar photovoltaic facilities. The role covers solar modules, strings, trackers, inverters, and related electrical equipment, requires a Master Electrician license and relevant electrical and safety qualifications, and involves outdoor work, extended hours, on-call availability, and travel. Compensation is $45–$75 per hour with overtime and performance bonus potential, along with health, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
