Description
Energy Solutions is hiring a full-time Solar Associate, Application Processing for its Distributed Energy Resources (DER) Team. The role independently processes solar applications and claims, validates accuracy and completeness, verifies eligibility, communicates with vendors and participants, resolves routine issues, escalates exceptions, maintains records, and performs quality assurance. The position is hybrid, reporting to one of three offices in Oakland, California; Portland, Oregon; or Chicago, Illinois, with at least one office day per week. A high school degree with at least two years of relevant experience or a bachelor's degree in project management or a related field is required, along with communication, organizational, Microsoft Office, and multitasking skills. The salary range is $60,000–$70,000 annually, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
