This role involves leading EHS functions on a project site, overseeing the EHS team, and ensuring compliance with regulations like DOT/DOL/EPA and OSHA standards. The manager will support the implementation and continuous improvement of EHS programs, manage risk evaluation, and maintain safety credentials. The position requires extensive travel across various states.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: greater than 5 years of leadership experience in a related field
Preferred Qualifications: BS in Occupational Health and Safety
Knowledge of DOT/DOL/EPA regulation and OSHA/industrial safety compliance as they relate to the power generation industry
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, including tact and diplomacy
Ability to interact and communicate effectively at all levels and across diverse cultures
Effective organization and planning skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality
use standard office software programs, including spreadsheets, databases, word processing, etc.
Ability to safely drive a company vehicle. Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
