Description
Simply Solar is hiring a Solar Service Advisor to lead its residential solar service division. The role owns the full lifecycle of service work, including lead generation, site assessments, quoting, scheduling, technician direction, job coordination, inventory management, customer communication, reporting, and warranty or permit support. Candidates need at least two years of solar industry experience, knowledge of residential PV systems and monitoring platforms, strong communication and organizational skills, and a valid driver's license. The position offers a $60,000 base salary plus commission, performance bonuses, medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) match, PTO, and mileage reimbursement.
