Description
Simply Solar is hiring an Outside Solar Service Sales Representative to build and manage B2B relationships with roofing contractors, real estate professionals, solar finance companies, property managers, HOAs, home warranty companies, and insurance adjusters throughout Northern California. The role focuses on identifying service opportunities, gathering job details remotely, preparing solar service quotes, presenting proposals, negotiating terms, closing agreements, and coordinating work with the service team. The position requires at least two years of outside sales experience, knowledge of residential solar PV systems, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a valid driver's license. Compensation is $60,000 base plus commission, with medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, and mileage reimbursement benefits.
