Description
MN8 Energy is hiring a Solar Technician II to perform electrical and mechanical preventive and corrective maintenance on solar, energy storage, and EV charging installations; troubleshoot equipment; maintain tools and documentation; and provide direction and training to Solar Technician 1 and Solar Technician 2. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, OSHA experience, electrical theory knowledge, IV curve tracing ability, vehicle operation, weekend on-call availability, and extensive outdoor field travel.
