Description
MN8 Energy is hiring a Solar Technician III, its most experienced field technician role, to perform electrical and mechanical preventive and corrective maintenance on solar, energy storage, and EV charging installations. The role leads and trains junior solar technicians, troubleshoots equipment and performs root-cause repairs, follows OSHA and company safety requirements, interprets drawings and schematics, conducts IV curve tracing, completes service documentation, and maintains tools, vehicles, and equipment. It requires a high school diploma or equivalent, advanced electrical knowledge, driving, outdoor field work in demanding conditions, weekend on-call availability, and up to 50% travel outside the service area.
