MN8 Energy is hiring a Solar Technician III to perform electrical and mechanical preventive and corrective maintenance on solar, energy storage, and EV charging installations; troubleshoot equipment; lead and train Solar Technician 1 and 2; and maintain safety, documentation, and equipment standards. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, OSHA experience, electrical theory knowledge, IV curve tracing ability, vehicle operation, weekend on-call availability, and extensive outdoor travel.
