Description
MN8 Energy is hiring a Solar Technician III, its most experienced field technician role, to perform electrical and mechanical preventive and corrective maintenance on solar, energy storage, and EV charging installations. The role leads and trains junior solar technicians, troubleshoots equipment to identify root causes and repairs, maintains tools and vehicles, completes safety and work documentation, and works primarily outdoors with substantial driving, travel, weekend on-call rotations, and exposure to varying weather conditions. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, OSHA knowledge, electrical theory, schematic-reading ability, IV curve tracing experience, communication skills, and basic computer proficiency.
