Description
SMTC Corporation is hiring an Solderer 3 to perform hand soldering and complex rework and repair of printed circuit boards, including removing and replacing ICs, wire adding, piggyback resistors, epoxy application, and gold-plate solder removal. The role requires IPC-610 Class 3 soldering ability, IPC-7711/7721 certification, and at least four years of electronics repair and rework experience. The schedule is first shift, Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with a high school diploma and associate’s degree in a technical field preferred.
