Description
The role provides advocacy, advisory, and drafting services to Keoghs LLP, including complex pleadings, interlocutory hearings, trials, CCMCs, JSMs, sanctions, recoveries, and related litigation work. It is based in the Liverpool office with possible travel to Manchester, Bolton, and court, and includes supervising and mentoring Band One and Two advocates, developing client-facing and product-development work, and training fee earners. The position requires a full practising certificate for barristers or higher rights of audience for solicitors, at least 10 years of call or PQE, and substantial experience as an advocate in at least three of insurance fraud, general professional indemnity, employment liability, large loss, costs, or professional negligence.
