Description
Keoghs LLP is seeking a solicitor to join its in-house advocacy team and develop into a specialist advocate in defendant insurance work. The role involves court advocacy, pleadings, hearings, drafting, advisory work, client-facing tasks, and supporting training and team development. It is based in the Liverpool office, with possible travel to Manchester and Bolton offices and courts, and flexible working from home on a business-need basis. Barristers need a full practising certificate; solicitors need Higher Rights of Audience or related experience and enthusiasm to develop an advocacy career. Both routes require NQ or PQE of 8 years, and insurance fraud, general professional indemnity, employment liability, professional negligence, or related experience is advantageous.
