Cripps is offering five Solicitor Apprenticeship places for Year 13 students and school leavers in its Tunbridge Wells and Horsham offices. The apprenticeship lasts six years, with four days per week spent working alongside solicitors across three core legal markets and one day per week completing online training with BPP University Law School. Apprentices will rotate through the business, draft legal documents, conduct research, meet clients, and gain broad experience in a law firm.
