Keoghs LLP is hiring an Insurance Recovery Solicitor to handle household and commercial property recovery files for insurers. The role involves legal research, evidence review, investigations, drafting, court and trial work, settlement negotiations, ADR, client liaison, and advocacy. It requires prior defendant insurance litigation and recovery experience, knowledge of household and commercial recoveries, case-management skills, and the ability to handle major litigation. The position is based at Parklands, Bolton, with a 35-hour Monday-to-Friday schedule and one day of office attendance per week.
