Cochise County is hiring a Solid Waste Worker in Sierra Vista to operate and maintain a solid waste collection station and recycling facility. The role includes operating small front-end loaders and other equipment, assisting with refuse dumping, screening for hazardous materials, processing recyclables, collecting fees, maintaining records, and preparing reports. Applicants need one year of small-equipment experience, customer-service or bookkeeping experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience, plus a valid Arizona driver's license.
