The Solid Waste Worker will operate and maintain a public solid waste collection and recycling facility in Willcox, including small front-end loader operation, refuse screening, recycling processing, payment collection, recordkeeping, and reporting. The role requires one year of small-equipment experience, a valid Arizona driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varied weather and confined-space conditions. The anticipated pay is $15.50–$16.50 per hour plus a comprehensive benefits package, and applicants must pass a post-offer background screening.
