Stage 3 Separation is hiring a Solids Control Field Leader - Canada to oversee on-site solids control field operations, leading and mentoring technicians and contractors while ensuring safety, productivity, equipment reliability, and compliance with HSE standards. The role includes supervising day and night rotations, managing solids control equipment and drilling fluid activities, performing audits and maintenance oversight, coordinating site logistics, and reporting to the Area Manager.
