Description
Stage 3 is hiring a Solids Control Field Leader to oversee and mentor solids control technicians and contractors at rig sites across the United States, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-performing field operations. The role involves hands-on supervision of daily operations, rig-up/rig-down, equipment maintenance, drilling fluid analysis, troubleshooting basic electrical issues, operating heavy machinery, performing audits, and maintaining strict HSE and operational standards. It requires extensive solids control experience, supervisory experience, travel on a 17-days-on/11-days-off rotation, and valid safety and driving credentials.
