Description
Stage 3 is hiring a Solids Control Field Leader to oversee on-site solids control operations at rig sites across the United States, leading and mentoring technicians while ensuring safety, operational integrity, and efficient equipment use. The role includes supervising crews, performing and auditing rig and drilling-fluid processes, troubleshooting basic electrical and mechanical issues, managing daily operations on a rotational schedule, and maintaining compliance with HSE and customer-specific safety requirements. The position requires significant verifiable solids control experience, supervisory experience, and the ability to travel, work outdoors, and operate heavy machinery.
